I don’t look skinny enough to have a problem so I guess I’ll just keep going till I do
I hate that I feel this way.

♕ reaching up high and accidentally showing some tummy where my hip bones stick out
♕ long, manicured nails look amazing on slender fingers
♕ being able to sit cross-legged and no fat seeps from the sides of my legs
♕ having lots of room when sitting in a small space because i’ll be tiny
♕ not caring if people see me eating because they will no longer think ‘look at that fat girl shoving her mouth with food’ but rather ‘she’s so cute eating her fruit salad’
♕ being called things like ‘petite’ and ‘tiny’
♕ being the smaller person in the hug
♕ walking passed a reflective surface and loving how my legs look in the skinny jeans i’m wearing
♕ shopping for the smallest size
♕ being that girl who sits and reads whilst drinking green tea
♕ wearing tight body suits and people envy my tiny waist
♕ going to the beach and not being afraid to show off my stomach and lay in the sun to get tanned
♕ ‘she’s lost weight!’
♕ ‘she looks amazing now!’
♕ slim face, cheekbones and big eyes
♕ tiny butt
♕ bracelets and bangles will slide around my wrist because they aren’t tight
♕ wearing upper-arm cuffs with no fat squishing out the sides
♕ loving my body and who i am
♕ feeling proud of my hard work paying off

• You feel fat everyday
• Losing weight is on your mind 24/7
• Gaining weight is one of your biggest fear
• You don’t think you’ll ever be skinny enough
it only takes 7 minutes for your body to overcome hunger pains. that’s 420 seconds. would you rather take the pain for the next 7 minutes or hate yourself for the next 7 hours for giving in?
